Favorite pancakes three times different

Apart from ice cream, summer is also the season of pancakes. The preparation of this delicious delicacy can be mastered by almost everyone. You can make pancake batter quickly. You just need to find a volunteer who will stand by the pan for a few minutes. The prize is a good non-stick frying pan, which will make the preparation much easier - you will find it at Berndorf in two sizes Ø 24 and Ø 28.

We have prepared three pancake recipes for you today. Get inspired.

1. Classic pancake recipe

1 cup plain flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs and melted butter. Now gradually stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth so that no lumps remain in the batter. Heat a frying pan and add a knob of butter or a drop of oil. Pour the appropriate amount onto one pancake and bake for about 2 minutes on one side, flip and bake for about 1 minute. Repeat the procedure.

You can serve the finished pancakes with jam, chocolate, seasonal fruit, maple syrup, whipped cream or ice cream. Don't be limited and give room to your imagination.

2. Spinach pancakes with feta cheese

1 cup plain flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
½ cup crumbled feta cheese

In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, salt and black pepper. Stir in chopped spinach and feta cheese. Heat a frying pan and add a knob of butter or a drizzle of oil. Pour the appropriate amount onto one pancake and cook for about 2 minutes on one side, flip and cook for about 1 minute. Repeat the procedure.

Serve the pancake with Greek yoghurt or a fresh salad.

3. Recipe for Vegan Banana Pancakes

1 cup plain flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup almond or other vegetable milk
1 peeled, mashed banana
1 teaspoon vanillin extract

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, mix together the vegetable milk, banana, melted butter and vanillin extract. Now gradually stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth so that no lumps remain in the batter. Heat a frying pan and add a knob of butter or a drop of oil. Pour the appropriate amount onto one pancake and bake for about 2 minutes on one side, flip and bake for about 1 minute. Repeat the procedure.

The owners of Tekovská kourija have transformed all their childhood memories into a wonderful concept full of traditional flavours. When they bring you a respectable portion for the first time, you'll feel like you're at grandma's house. Comfort and coziness is carried through the entire interior of the restaurant. Outside, you'll delight in the playground where your little ones can frolic while you blow off steam after a hearty lunch. Alongside the restaurant, a bakery has also been set up where they initially only baked bread and pastries for the lunch menu. People liked the bread, so they started baking regularly, in larger quantities and experimenting with flavours. This is how, for example, the bread with fresh bear garlic and pieces of roasted bacon was created, which is best enjoyed while still warm with a bit of butter spread on it. Later they expanded their portfolio to include cakes, savoury pastries and especially their famous strudels.
