The 80 mm long 304 stainless steel blades can handle herbs, poultry, pizza, and food packaging. The hook on the blade opens a bottle of beer or soda, while the serrated section between the handles cracks open walnuts and hazelnuts. Two holes of different diameters are designed for stripping herbs: simply thread the stem of thyme, rosemary, or parsley through the hole, pull, and the leaves will separate in one smooth motion.
The ergonomic polypropylene handle features large holes that fit comfortably in your hand, even during extended use. The scissors are disassemblable, so you can wash them thoroughly, including the joint where food residue tends to accumulate. They are dishwasher-safe. However, to keep the blade sharp longer, we recommend washing them by hand in cold water and drying them immediately, just like high-quality knives.
